Sunshine & Diligence

After 2026 began with injuring my leg and then moved to a long hospital stay, I have awakened to the things God has shown me about my health. I know that paying attention to caring for myself first and foremost, in the right ways, is the solution. 

I now have this sweet girl, @lucylu.boxergurl who is my heart and soul. She depends on me and we love one another! I must be diligent!

I also have this amazing Son, who needs me to be healthy and strong!

This past week, I focused on many self care items for myself and Lucy Lu, follow-up doctor appts, and making it a point to not take for granted the blessings God has put before me!!

Putting yourself first is NOT selfish!! It's wisdom.
